Diversity in STEM
Show Notes

In honor of April being Celebrate Diversity month, we want to dedicate this episode to celebrating Diversity in the STEM workforce which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. There are many facets to diversity, looking at females in STEM, studies show that women are underrepresented in these fields, especially in technology, engineering, and senior leadership roles.

We therefore have a panel of 4 amazing women with different backgrounds who share their stories, explain what STEM has to lose if the barriers aren’t broken down and to encourage people from different backgrounds and genders to go into STEM because it is only together that we can contribute to innovation and create a better future.
